Administration and Management of the tasks of
YWCA of Kottayam
YWCA of Kottayam is governed by a Board of Management, the chairperson of which is the President of the YWCA. It has seven office bearers,9 members, one ex-officio member, and three co-opted members. The Board appoints chairpersons of various committees and approves the Committees formulated by the Chairperson in consultation with the President. These committees translate the mission of YWCA into action goals and imperatives on approval of its recommendations by B o M. Thereafter, actions plans are put into action and progress reported to the Board of Management from time to time. The General Secretary presents the financial and technical report to the General Body that meet twice or more times as per need in a financial year and / or period of reference of the Board. The reviews and comments are recorded and taken into cognizance for future programmers and activities of the YWCA.
